Winter - Speed work using circuits and short hills in the Harrogate area to build in that extra zing into your running. Smaller groups do a steady run Summer - Steady run taking in some local footpaths and fields. We generally aim to run for about an hour covering 6 to 9 miles but there is usually a shorter run for anyone who doesn't want to do so much. Thursdays Winter - There's many a varied route to be taken, and with the motivation and support of fellow club members this is a valuable opportunity to enjoy your running in the darker months of the year. Useful foundation for London Marathon training also. Summer - Offers wonderful opportunities to explore the byways and footpaths of the local area, run times vary from 40mins to over the hour. Often the club meets at an alternative venue so keep up to date by reading your club members e-mail Sundays
9am, various venues in the Harrogate area. Eight to ten steady miles, often off-road, check club e-mails and website for ever changing venues. Run to the venue for extra training!
